Culinary Expo,” about 85 restaurants sample food. Chef Adam Merlino will sample his “Mozzatelli” (Cavatelli wrapped around mozzarella cheese) in a garlic butter/red sauce, plus we will sample
our Belvedere Salad.
Monday, April 7 - 6-9pm, “Olive Oil Tasting”, taste olive oils from around the world, learn the
secrets behind the great oils, find out how to purchase these oils and enjoy the perfect wine
pairing in the relaxing Belvedere environment.
Monday, May 5 - 6-9pm, “Sexy Starches” cooking class: Learn to make the perfect starch accompaniment to any dish; with recipes for potatoes, polenta, rice and beans. Then, relax and enjoy your creations next to a Belvedere original, paired with the perfect wine.
Monday, June 2 - 6-9pm, “Italian Wine Tasting”, taste wines from many regions of Italy. Learn their origins, processes and how to pair them with your favorite dishes.
Monday, July 7 - 6-9pm, “Vivacious Vegetables” cooking class: learn to make unusual vegetable sides to accompany your meals; with recipes for artichokes, asparagus, peas, carrots
and the almost famous Ratatouille.
